I came across the idea of Project 365: A Photo A Day. The idea behind it is to track your daily life through photos. I love photography and thought that taking one picture a day would not only have [hopefully] awesome shots, it will help to show what I consider to be important. As an added bonus, taking a photo a day will make me a better photographer. Enjoy my life through a lens.

Details: I love the way shadows look and I am not quite sure why... I was walking down to get my mail and noticed that the front gate had the sun just right and the whole gate was in a shadow on the sidewalk.
