I came across the idea of Project 365: A Photo A Day. The idea behind it is to track your daily life through photos. I love photography and thought that taking one picture a day would not only have [hopefully] awesome shots, it will help to show what I consider to be important. As an added bonus, taking a photo a day will make me a better photographer. Enjoy my life through a lens.

Details: It was actually sunny at the beach today, so Ryan and I went down for a good 4 hours or so. On one of Ryan's trips out to surf I decided to take a picture of this 'sea flower' (what Ryan and I call the kelp and seaweed). It was a lot greener than all the other stuff that washes on shore (Ryan thought maybe it was photosynthesizing :) ).
