I came across the idea of Project 365: A Photo A Day. The idea behind it is to track your daily life through photos. I love photography and thought that taking one picture a day would not only have [hopefully] awesome shots, it will help to show what I consider to be important. As an added bonus, taking a photo a day will make me a better photographer. Enjoy my life through a lens.

Details: I had been looking for a creative way to make a wedding guest book. I came up with the idea (since Ryan loves surfing so much) to have our guests write their well wishes on a surfboard. An extremely generous gentleman offered to give us his old surfboard for the occasion. This is a picture of part of the stomp pad.
